I got a kick out of his remarks on today's drugs, which he finds “not interesting,” and “very institutionalized and bland.”

Eat you hearts out, kids. Boomers' drugs were better. :p

It's the effects of falling off of that coconut tree we're seeing here.

Wonder if he’ll make it through the tour smoke free.

He's probably getting stem cells, he's going to be around for a long time and it's not going to be because he quit smoking and doing drugs. That kind of money he's sitting on, he'll probably be one of the first to buy a condo on Mars.

He's probably been told by his doctor he needs to quit now or he won't finish the 2020 Tour. Good for him, I like Kieth.

For every cigarette you smoke, God takes one day away from your life and gives it to Keith Richards

He does that from time to time. I mean say he'll quit ont thing or another. Never really does anyway.

Last time was booze. Next week he was wishing everyone a Happy New Year with a drink in his hand.

Keef will always be Keef, and he'll probably outlive us all!

Long live the pirate king of Rock and roll!

To be fair, I think he said he cut down to the "occasional beer." If you convert that to Keef proportions, who knows what that really means. "Quit drinking" to Keith Richards might really just mean "no longer excreting grain alcohol from my pores."

I do find it it interesting that the guy has spent so long drinking and drugging that he now seems kind if bored with it. That first morning he woke up sober and hangover-free must have been startling for him.
