I will start, 2005 SA 2200 made in Japan.

Just a great all around semihollow guitar. Picked it up this week for a good price and was going to be my office guitar but after seeing and playing it no freaking way. Cant stop playing it.

Ebony fret board, split coil options on the humbuckers. Sustain for days as they say.

I have two Yamahas, a new LL16M and an old MIJ red label FG-140. The LL16M is a solid wood mahogany body, engleman spruce top, mahogany neck with ebony fret board. It sounds magnificent. The FG-140 was bought by my father new in 1968. Him and I took lessons with it. My brother and one of my sisters also learned to play guitar with it. It is pretty beat up but it still plays and sounds great.

I’m in!

“Lily”, my LJ16BC (Billy Corgan sig model)
Engelmann spruce top, solid rosewood everywhere else. It has the darkest, smoothest rosewood fingerboard I’ve ever felt. It’s the only guitar I can truly say I will never sell.

An amazing value for the money! Yamaha takes serious pride in every product they build.

I think those 2200s are so drool-worthy! A beautiful guitar, hand crafted with such great workmanship. Nice pics!

Two Yamaha guitars, the most recent addition a Revstar. All the good things you might read about the Revstar are true it's a wonderful guitar. The other is an APX3 (I didn't even know there was a 3). I have had this for about five years and rarely play it, but when I do pick it I always wonder why it gets neglected.

And as per usual my apologies for the crappy photos.

My reapercaster, the result of me getting back in touch with my 15-year old self a few years ago. Dremel. Sewed the leather strap to match.

The pickguard was cut from the side of a brushed stainless microwave, the aluminum backplate used to be a tea tray in its former life.
