Have you ever had an idea for a live performance that you think would be pretty cool? I've never played in a band live, but this is one idea I've had. I feel like it might seem like a corny idea when I explain it though..
I like 80s music, and one such musician I like is Huey Lewis. I was thinking if I were playing 'The Power Of Love' live, it would be fun to do a Back To The Future tie-in. What if Huey Lewis happened to be in the audience? Would be cool to get Huey Lewis to do a little act with the band. We could start playing the song loudly and have Huey Lewis stop us, saying we're "just too darn loud". Then perhaps he could come up and sing the song while the band plays the music.

I'm too lazy to memorize Jethro Tull songs, so I think I'd just hang out with Ian Anderson puttering around the farm.

I've always fantasized about playing the lead in an off-off-off-Broadway production of "All That Jazz".

You should join a band and make your ideas come to life.

I wonder - how many people ACTUALLY realize that it was Huey with the bullhorn in the gym saying that when Marty McFly's band was auditioning in 'Back to the Future'?

Huey's now severe hearing problems that have essentially ended his performing career are an ironic twist of fate for such a renowned and revered musician.

Oh-no! I got a much awesomer idea for that! Your band will do the entire intro and first verse but suddenly Huey Lewis will crash through the bar wall onto the stage in a Delorean with smoke machines and step out just in time to grab a mic and sing "Don't Need Money, Don't Take Fame!..." Hahahahahaha

Everyone in the audience will be like "this is the best show I've ever seen and the cover was only $5" lmao!!!

At the time, perhaps not many people realized it was Huey Lewis. And his scene in the movie wasn't that long. But now, I would imagine many fans of Back To The Future have probably watched at least some of the behind-the-scenes/special features for the movies and may realize that was Huey Lewis.

I've been saddened to hear about his hearing problems recently. :(

I want to stage a production of “Jesus Christ Superstar” in which the singer who plays Judas is also the lead guitar player.
