Down 10lbs. Just too bored with cooking to bother most of the time. Result is a lot less caloric intake.

I'm about the same or a couple of pounds lower. I don't drink or eat much junk food.

I dropped 15kg in the year before 'rona, have just weighed myslf and put 2 back on. I'm ok with that - i've not been able to do my regular workout for a couple of weeks as i sprained my back chopping logs. 2KG is simple to drop - a week of steamed veg and no carbs will do it.

Pants started getting tight. I’m on a roll, lost 10 lbs over the last 3 weeks. I feel so much better.

3 eggs for breakfast and a small roll
    No lunch. Just say NO
Smaller helpings for dinner, no more than one pop or beer a day.
No ice cream or French fries more than twice a month.
Stopped eating candy about 8 months ago. Finally.

There was nothin like a Butterfinger to fuse your teeth together

I've been pretty stable until the last couple of weeks. I've been fortunate to maintain a full-time job during the whole debacle, and during the peak of NY's crisis was getting 10+ hours of overtime each week. Thanks, Costco.

A couple weeks ago I decided to cut my sugar/carb intake and get out of the house more for physical activity. I don't have a scale to measure what I've dropped thus far, but my shirts are fitting notably better. Lol.

Down 30 pounds! Started intermittent fasting in April (I was also walking 2-4 miles a day April-June, but stopped to work on a project)

    I gained 15 since April.

I also retired from the Navy, moved to TX and started a new job. I’m a stress eater and it’s caught up to me.

Down 30+... Still more to go. Calorie restriction, walking (treadmill) 2miles a day at 3.5 mph, weights, and this... Satan's tricycle. Sometimes called a Schwinn Airdyne.

I am now down a few pounds. Cycling 20 plus km a day in the am before breakfast.

Down 10 or 12 lbs. thanks mostly to less late-night snacking. I’m determined to make this a positive experience in as many ways as I can.

Granted, with at least one foot on the near end of the spectrum, there are a lot of things I can't relate to. But this one particularly. Weight in 1975 - 160, weight in 2020 - 160. Of course, I'm almost an inch shorter now, so I guess my BMI is up a little. I went through a weight lifting phase in my 20s, and made it up to 185 for a little while. But I didn't like it and let it go. Covid related changes to my routine are far too minor to disturb such a long term trend.

I was in the midst of a gradual weight gain when the pandemic started. That accelerated when the lockdown came into effect. Too much beer and late night snacking that became more frequent during lockdown.

A few months ago I decided to start calorie counting and reverse the trend. I became a little more active skate boarding with my kids and bike riding through the neighborhood. Nothing crazy. I've dropped 10 pounds so far. I have a ways more to go, but just dropping 10 pounds has me feeling better already.

Oh there’s been a little gain. At 49, one mountain bike ride a week and yardwork is not enough to offset the increased beer consumption.:D However, last week was the 2nd week in a row that I’ve gotten out on the mountain bike twice a week so I’m gonna try to keep that pace going, if not increase it.

I started working out a little 3x a week just before lockdown started and am doing fine. Have a dumbell bench and 2x 25lb dumbells.

weight disks became as rare as toilet paper when lockdown started so I resorted to doing more reps. Doing 3x35 reps on exercises like bench press with the same dumbells I started out with lol.

Seems to be working, I was starting to get man boobs since I hit 45 a couple of years ago. All gone now, no more upper backache though my lower back sometimes suffers. Hovering around 194 - 198 lbs. Drink almost a gallon of tea a day.
