Because I literally can’t get enough of my tele through any of my amps. Like I can’t put it down. Between the two pickups and the insane things you can do with just one volume knob and one tone knob it blows my mind.

I’m almost ashamed to say that I may have never gone Strat if I had know Tele could be So. Damned. Good.

If I’d known this Tele goodness I’d have never joined this forum. I’d be stuck on early Jeff Beck, Keef, Merle, Speedy, James, Steve, Luther, Albert and soooooooooooo many others are and have been doing.

I’m sorry. I hate to disappoint. My Strats are just sitting there.

Not a new Tele, but I play it all the time. I’ve had it for a little over a year, but it keeps blowing me away.

I love my strats but this thing... wow.

I’ve never really gotten into Tele but haven’t really given one a true try. I’ve got a feeling that I’d really like one.

does yours SS HS or HH?

I feel a little dirty, but, I've been looking at pictures of Tele's lately. I'm too ashamed to tell you how they've made me feel.

Get rid of the Strats or get rid of the Tele. The schism will tear you apart.

    PM me for my address.

I always like the look of them, but until I had one and really spent time playing one I didn’t get it. I used to marvel at the tone tons of players got from their teles but didn’t think it was possible until I got one.

Yeah... I’ve got the same problem. @fezz parka does too. It’s all about the front and back pickup going at the same time! But with the Tele, it’s both pickups individually and in series. It’s so good I can’t take it anymore!!!

There's gotta be a support group. Tell me they meet on Tuesdays. Tele Tuesdays. They serve tacos and the guest speaker sets all EQs at noon with just a touch of reverb.
