Anyone can stick a light bulb in their mouth.
Really they were totally different shows. The only thing in common was they scared visitors. It's like asking "Do you like the color red better than swimming?"
Swimming and the Munsters..
Hey, wait a minute! The creator of this thread misspelled "Addams Family" in the title. (maybe what rolandson meant)
Here , I shorted you a D !!
"D" is for Derp.
Leave it to Fester - it was a good bit. The Munsters Leave it to Beaver crew did not think of that.
Fester grabbing the Blunderbuss and threatening to shoot someone in the back (the Addams way!) was a funny bit too.
Yep, good stuff. John Astin was a great Gomez, so manic that I never really imagined anyone else could do the character justice. But Raul Julia did it really well. Also like Raul as the crazy secret-police chief threatening Richard Dreyfuss in Moon Over Parador.
Christina Ricci was a perfect choice for Wednesday, the character really took on some substance for the films.
Christopher Lloyd added a lot to Fester, too. As well as being everybody's favorite crackpot inventor, Doc Brown.
I was in the midst of typing that in a new post. Raul took "The Addams way" and ran with it like they could not have done on TV in the 60s.
John Astin just had this had this natural crazy mad look about him. Raul did that very well too.
He played a minor-but-memorable part as a corporate big shot in The Secret Of My Success, too.
According to Wikipedia, Fred also had an uncredited role in On The Waterfront.
Never knew that. Usually he's a guy you don't forget.
This is at least the third internet forum where I have been involved in an Addams Family versus Munsters thread.
IIRC, they seem to be roughly split down the middle 50/50.
Munsters....and those rad rides of Grandpa!
Could be. I don’t know
Yes on the crush and yes on the Evil Roy Slade. The original Goth chick. Oh, and great movie.
#1 - It is a modern style high cut bikini bottom, far more racy than any in the Munsters days.
#2 - There is no image out there to indicate Yvonne ever had breasts that large.
Dream if you must...
...but it has been a fake for 20+ years.
Tish! You spoke French!
I have not seen that gif for a long long time.
