Here's my new guitar. It's a Standard Tele in Candy Apple Red. Like Lake Placid Blue, Candy Apple Red is a metallic paint and changes color depending on the amount of light hitting it. It's a bright red with lots of light hitting it but a dark red when it's dark around. It has a 60th anniversary neck plate. I assume this plate was put on all 2011 Fender Standards and is not an actual 60th Anniversary model. Much like my 2006 Standard Strat with the 60 diamond on the headstock. I'm getting used to the flat bridge (my other Tele has the ashtray type bridge with the ridge) but the learning curve will be short. I bought it new from Fiery Bros. Music in Tulsa.

Lovely! I have a Sunburst 2000 mimstand, great Guitars. I want to buy a new LP Blue one, but I really want a rosewood fretboard, I've already got Maple on my Strat and Tele. To get a rosewood, I'd even be willing to cough up the extra floose for a Classic series, or an Amstand, but they don't come in LP Blue....

I actually wanted the LPB Tele at first but I bought a LPB Marauder and wanted a different color. I also briefly had a LPB Strat. I like for all my guitars to be different colors.

Hi I actually am looking to buy one and wanted to see if you had any info on wether it may be real or fake? Looks like n3 pick ups were added but besides that I think it looks legit but don’t have much experience. Thanks for any help!
