5' 10" and stick between 160-165.
Though lost a bit over 10lbs being sick this last month, that'll come back pretty quick now.
6'3" and shrinking with age...
Everyone one around me seems to have shrunk!
I’m shocked as heck when I actually have to look up at someone ,that’s definitely an odd feeling
6' 5" and ugly as sin
I was 6'1". I've shrunk a 1/2 inch. W-T-F?
Weight stays between 180 and 190. Depends on how much I eat. LOL
I'm 6'3" and generally stay within a 20lb weight range.
Problem is, over the last 25 years, that "range" has increased from 180-200 to 240-260
I was 165 until I hit 40.
I like food, it tastes good.
So sue me.
6' 3" and flex between 190 and 200. Work is physical so I can eat like a pig and not worry about it.
These last 2 weeks have been tough because I haven't been busting my ass but still eating like I am.
'Bout time for my mid morning pb&j!

I'm 72, 5 feet 10 ish and still have the same waist size (34 inches) and weight (75kgs/165lbs) as when I was 17. Three meals a day all my life and regular exercise - I'm an avid hill walker and other stuff. Apparently I have a fast metabolism. Unfortunately because of the current "lockdown" and my age I'm only allowed out once a day.
One pound is 3500 calories
To lose 20 pounds is 70,000 calories
That is 5000 calories a day to shed 20 pounds in two weeks.
30 minutes of jogging is 300 calories burned.
It would take starvation and hours of excising daily to achieve this goal.
Not saying it cant be done but it seems very unhealthy and unrealistic
