I'd love to get one of those, HNAD!
Is it as loud as a Blues Jr?
I think you, by far, made the right decision.
Congrats, nice amp!
I'd love an amp like that for recording. I've got nice amps, but those have their own cool factor. And would be great layering into tracks, me thinks anyway.
Excellent, and I'm glad you're liking the amp. Big step up IMO. As to the control plate writing it's a 'vintage' thing which of course is kinda the vibe of these amps. Lots of amps were that way back in the day, Fender did it too. My outboard reverb tank is that way.
Very classy amp! No need to hide it away in the music room. 15 watts can get plenty loud IME. Enjoy!
Do you think it's a good amp for apartment playing?
I was looking for something with nice cleans and hit it with a pedal for dirty sounds.
Classic rock, surf rock, blues...
Don't know if to go with one of these or save up for a tonemaster twin reverb...
Happy new amp day!
Let us know if you bond with it
The amp will do what you mentioned above and even without pedals.
It has a master volume so I'd say yes for apartment playing.
I would also suggest the Delta King 10, it's a 5 watt amp with 10" speaker and sounds really good. I have both and love them.
As far as the Tonemaster goes I no experience. Lots of people rave about them, me personally modeling/solid state amp I've owned I ended up selling.
Having owned a Blues Jr I'd say yes it can be but also sounds at living room levels.
Most of the GAS here somehow always revolves around @Antstrat
think has something to do with what is in his closet
Ohh and BTW that's a Really Sweet amp congrats
I'm sponsored by most manufacturers, why do you think sales were so high during covid?
Hahaha Indeed !!
I have a Soup Pro S6616 In my closet, ive never given it a whirl think i might give a try for my next upcoming tune CYHMK
but i have a few contenders for that
