My wife sent me a message when I was at work last night that someone had an old fender amp listed for free. Long story short, here she is

Guy said he was the original owner and had never changed anything.
It works but has a loud buzz until I get my guitar volume to 7 or 8. I dont really know anything about tube amps but I am about to learn

Lucky guy. A great wife and a free amp.
    Congratulations!

Please have a tech check the amp over before using it. It is probably due for new filter caps and you could possibly damage a transformer with leaking filter caps.

Caution, high-lethal voltages in side that amp, even unplugged. You need to know what you are doing when working on a tube amp.

I love my musicmaster bass amp, turn it up to 10 and control everything else with the guitar volume

Super amp, had one years ago and passed it on to a young family member.

You should check out Brad the Guitologist on YT. He fixed one of these amps. Nice score!

There's one of these at a shop near me. I've heard they're really good, but never actually heard one. Nice score! With the money you saved on (not) buying it, have a good amp tech give it a check.
