I remember an American Stratocaster that was low end at about $800 in 2012. I was going to buy it because I liked the sound for the cost. It was natural and without the polyurethane which was part of the reason that made it significantly cheaper. Seeing if anyone knows the make or model of this make of guitar.

Hand-stained nitro used up the old USA pickups. Many available used, most all priced like an Am Std when they were going for $700 new for quite some time before the holidays that year.

I've got a friend who has one. Great guitar for sure.
