We've owned a Keurig machine for years now and have been plenty happy with it. One of my wife's coworkers has a small Nespresso machine at work and she's kind of wanted one but we never got around to it. While in Germany at her cousin's place he had a small CitiZ model which we fell in love with. Her birthday is next week so I just ordered her that model so she can keep it at work in her office cubby. I'll get her perfume as well to throw her of the scent as it were. This little one.

I have that exact same machine. Coffee tastes fine. I prefer the ‘India’ cups, which are almost as good as the discontinued ‘Indrya’ cups were. But you have dozens of flavors, so finding your favorite may take some experimentation. :thumb:

Good luck finding a flavor that you all like. There are a gazillion of them.

We used the green colored Capriccio pods which were excellent, haven't tried any others. As for recycling, my high school daughter is fanatical in that regard.

I'm constantly thinking an espresso device for home..
    But
    When I get close...
    I stop....

If I had one at home..
There'd be nothing special about it
    As time slips on....

Arpeggio is my favorite. In fact, I only buy Arpeggio and Arpeggio descafeinado.

We bought one as well, and can vouch for it. Excellent coffee. Nespresso also provides free recycling bags that you can order along with your pods off of their site. The bags come with shipping labels already attached, you just send it off and they'll recycle the pods. Pretty awesome.

It must be a very expensive way of getting a good cup of coffee? All well and good when you’re living with Jennifer Aniston :D keep well :p

My style. Breville 870XL semi-auto. $600 USD. It’s good for 2500-3000 double shots. We pay $62 shipped every 5-6 weeks for a 5 Lb. bag of espresso beans. It needs to be dialed in and you need to know what you’re doing. It’s the cheapest way to get the best espresso that you want without the limitation of what companies decide to put into capsules.

    That looks cool.
I was never much of a coffee drinker, but I like iced coffee. I've been drinking iced coffees more often these days than I used to, but I don't feel like I really need a coffee in the morning to get going.

We have a Keurig machine at home, but my wife tends to be the one who uses it. I've sometimes heard concern about Keurig K-cups adding a lot to our garbage, as they're apparently not recyclable.. Not sure how much of a big deal it is though. When I first heard of Keurig, I wondered what the point was - In a traditional coffee machine, couldn't you just add a small amount of ground coffee and brew just one cup? Maybe the Keurig machines are more efficient for that. At first I thought Keurig machines might be similar to those Juicero machines, which squeezed packets of juice into a cup, when it turned out you could squeeze the packets easily enough by hand (and the Juicero company eventually ceased production):

It’s cheaper than having coffee in a coffee shop and you still enjoy the good taste. I use Nespresso for over 10 years.

Love my Nespressos. I keep one in the office and one at home. I really like the Lungo pods. All three of them are pretty good.

At home we have the model with the steam wand. That’s a game changer if you like lattes or cappuccinos.
