new pickups should I change the new pick up magnets according my neck radius?

Hi
i'm thinking to buy soon new pick ups for my mim mexican standard strato

but i'm undecided about Custom Shop Fat '50s / Custom Shop Fat '60s or Texas Special Usa

i will spend some time in a big store trying different stratos with these pickups


my question is , do they(pick ups) come with the magnets parallel or with the right heigh for a 9.5" neck radius ?

and my second question , will they play well and like a mia strato ? or the body wood will do a big difference
