Hey everybody what's up first time I've ever been on stra 16169833427153872024292330547872.jpg 16169833726099127108520781761856.jpg 16169833726099127108520781761856.jpg 16169834131008595023899626237559.jpg t talk and the first time I've ever used an online form. Anyhow he or she is 2007 Stratocaster made in Mexico humbucker single single. It's got Fender locking tuners on it I have personally leveled Crown polish the frets and beyond that she's pretty much stock. I now currently looking at replacing the tremolo or at least completely rebuilding it as I have destroyed it my learning and doing countless setups on the guitar over the last 6 months. I've only paid $200 American dollars for it and it was in almost perfect if not brand new condition. And I believe I wouldn't be owning a stret had this opportunity not come along. The truth is that I bought a pawn ticket off of the girlfriend of mine who had acquired it from a John who owed her money and never paid and she told me that I can have the pawn ticket and for $200 I could pick up the guitar. Anyhow anybody has any advice or any information on the guitar or just wants to sey what's up look forward to hearing you.

    Hi!
That is a most interesting story, and a reference to two different Johns in one post.

Welcome to the forum. You can find some specifics and some stats on your guitar here:

    https://www.fuzzfaced.net/standard-strat-hss.html

From the serial that actually looks to be a 2007, (MX7xxxx) but that's not always definitive. The color appears to be Electron Blue...very nice.. Everything except for the locking tuners appears to be stock. Position 2 should split the humbucker to give you the front coil with the middle.

Welcome aboard – sweet guitar! I think this particular guitar should be a 'he', and you should call him 'John', or 'Old John'... or 'John-Boy' – something / anything with 'John' would be perfect :thumb: !
