oh wow, this looks awesome btw did wildwood cut you any deal? I tried to build a suhr with them and they were very upfront that they charge street price, not a single penny less.
Congrats! Beautiful color! I recently got the Am Pro II in 'burst with rosewood fretboard, these Strats are so comfortable and to my ears have fantastic classic Strat tone. I agree with everything you say about the perks and oddities of the model.
I did not realize it is a burst paint from the pic in the other thread. Even mo' cool. Wildwood are great to deal with. My EOB came from them. Like you said, they do take time to set it up right. The dark knight is so special looking Congrats and enjoy. HNGD!
You know, I didn’t even ask. I bought a 2016 Les Paul Standard from them at the tail end of ‘16, and they did apply a slight discount, but I’m aware that lately, shops have been tighter with the pricing...so once I found the one I wanted, I just threw it in the cart and bought it. I don’t think it ever hurts to ask though.

It did actually! Strong chemically smell, almost like turpentine. I’ve left it open though, and it seems to have dissipated quite a bit, just in the day and a half since I got it.

So gorgeous. My kids are huge Batman fans, and when I told them there is a new guitar color called Dark (K)Night they of course wanted one. Fender really knocked it out of the park with the Pro II. I think it's the best neck profile you can get on a new production Strat. Happy NGD!
