    Dope guitar OP.

I start 6 years ago and now have 4 strats.....okay for now but will get a Charvel S type to finish it off or another Fender not soon but for sure some day in the future.

Love the look and can't beat the vintage specs!

Congratulations! I've always loved Daphne Blue Strat's.

I've got a Classic 50s in Surf Green. I already had a AVRI 56, and I thought that the Classic 50s series compared pretty well. My pickguard lays flat, but I have had other 8 hole pickguards that didn't. I switched to an 11 hole pickguard in Parchment, as I think that it looks classier than the pure white.

I always hear that the EJ strat is the best regular production strat out there. I do love the colors that they come in

I may change it to a 3 ply pickguard down the line. Just don't know what color I would use tbh.

I like the headstock as well as the overall aesthetic of the guitar. The only thing that bugs me a bit is the fake truss rod stamp on the headstock. I would prefer if it was like the 60s model instead. Even the vintera modified ones come with the fake truss rod stamp as well >___> lol

Hey Daniel, I got the surf green one last year. @mapleglo turned me onto it. It might have been more like 69 dollars, I can’t really remember, but I wanna say it was 62. I’m pretty sure that was MF or GC.

And the blue one I got on a special deal from a guy at Musician’s Friend. They price matched a coupon from GC and took a little more off just to be sure I bought it from them. So from 199 down to 150. It came out to be less than the plain black tolex. That was 2 or 3 months ago on the blue one.

my favorite strat looks (looked) just like that. Has a nitro body now (original's paint got damaged) but it's one of the nicest feeling and sounding strats, IMO. I traded a MIM deluxe for it (which I didn't like) and it's an all-time best trade for me.
