That sure is a sweet looking Strat. Enjoy.
What surprised me is that it has a great set up just out of the box, action and intonation is perfect, the saddles follow the neck radius perfectly, pickup high is well set..
So I haven't touched nothing, I just plug and play it! Loud!
I think fender quality is at high levels these days, what do you think?
How was your strat set out of the box?
The only complaint is the maple color of the neck that seems a little pale, I like better the ones a bit darker...
But it's a keeper and I know I have just to wait the natural change....
My new Elite was perfectly set up as well . Fender has quite a few ducks in a row.
Welcome to ST by the way.
I had to have my American Professional Stratocaster setup. They high Tremolo bridge drove me crazy. I made The guitar a
Hardtail by adding Tremolo springs (5) and dropping the bridge.
She looks so huggable! May you play that girl loud and long.
I have a few like that myself . I rarely use the trem but when it calls I pick up one of my Kramer's with Floyd at the helm..
You certainly picked a winner.
I like that look.
Hope it sounds "just right".
Good luck with it.
Oly Maple with big headstock!
Congratulations, Happy NGD to ya!
