I have been hemming and hawing on a Tele for a little while, and after trying out a few, finally decided on this one. I had a chance to play one with a maple fb, but I prefer the feel of rw or ebony.

    Really versatile little thing.

Green metallic jade is cool, and green is my daughters favorite color. Figure when my times up, she can have it!

I'll post more amel_tl_jpm_eb_all.jpg pics and thoughts once it arrives next week!

It seems like the shade and color changes with lighting. I like pearloid, but Im thinking of swappibg out the pg to white three ply to match the binding.

It arrived, and its gorgeous! Neck appears straight, no fret sprout, frets actually feel amazing! Strings need some stretching, but intonation soynds pretty good. I'll need to adjust the relief a little, and lower the action, but its a nice Tele.

Took it through a quick pickup check and sounds amazing so far. Im digging the S1 switch.

I'll post more feedback as I spend more time with it on Sunday. I'm over the moon! 20190913_151722.jpg 20190913_151745.jpg 20190913_151815.jpg 20190913_151800.jpg 20190913_151852.jpg 20190913_151935.jpg had no idea it came with strap locks. Nice little bonus!

Its the 2019 American Elite Tele. Although purist Tele players dont care for the belly cut and saddles, those, and S1 switching, are the main reason why I went went with the Elite. Love the belly cut!

Ill take some more photos. The ones I took dont do the white binding justice!

The only thing Im on fence about changing is switching over the PG to a 3 ply white. Match the binding.

I love pearloid on my Strats, but something about the Tele screams "Plain White!".

Neck is a compound radius. 9.5" - 14". Changes from a C to D contour as you work your way up the board. Feels a little beefier than my MIA Strats. I really like it.
