    Right guys!

    Heres some pictures of my Fender USA 1990 Stratocaster I just picked up. I tried so many new Fender USA's out over last couple weeks and this was the one I picked up and instantly knew I had to have it. Love the finish and such a smoothe neck I love it:D

    Pics came out bit blurry for some reason but you get the idea.

    Very nice and congrats! Looks like vintage style saddle?? Don't those come with the modern solid saddles?

    The neck serial # says it is a N 9 or 1999 ? I may not be reading it correctly.

    Right, which makes it a 1999 not a 1990 correct?

    It's confusing, but according to me a N9 on the front of the headstock is a '90, N9 on the back is a '99.

    That was my thought too - '99
    Wouldn't a 90 read N 0xxxxx?

    No Idea how there 90s serials work. As I thought the same or 90.....? etc but i Checked few more 1990 ones online and they have similar serial. I got reciept with guitar also which was purchased in 92 from shop in london which was second hand then.

    I'm over the moon with it though plays great, best strat i've played to this date.

    Just got to wait for my hippie strap to be delivered to now be paired up with it:D
