I did end up taking them off. Those things are going for stupid money on eBay and creating quite a fuss among the challenger enthusiasts.

    oh! Not the Telecast?

I’m disappointed that you didn’t read or understand my rationale behind my thoughts. Which I have already explained to one of my family friends who, In my more mature view, didn’t give adequate thought in presenting his wife, and or loved one, such a heart felt gift.

    FYI,

It’s not about money, and every man over the age of sixty five will tell you that. It’s the thought that counts ~ end of story! And, i will give you some further advice by way of a specific example based on your videos demonstration.....

THE THOUGHT PROCESS......The man thinks about a great gift for his wife. One which she will love, as never before. One that will make her life and free time special, in the knowledge that you, her all loving husband, has contemplated, cogitated over and considered with great vigour and love. ...... NOT A CHOICE MADE LIGHTLY!

AND THE CORRECT GIFT for a busy wife:

1). Go to TESSCO (a well known retailers in the U.K. ~ or other disreputable store.

2). Purchase two (number) inexpensive vacuum cleaners. Thereby matching your video mans “Doole” bags machine.

3). Present two beautiful gifts for your lovely wife and, in a romantic voice, point out the benefits of having two machines.... I.e:

    A) one machine for the ground floor
    B) one machine for the first floor

the benefits being that she can save time, by not having to carry a heavy machine up the stairs, improving health and safety, by reducing physical strain from lifting heavy, more expensive dooole bag machine, save money, enabling you to give her less housekeeping money and, last but not least, having more time to focus on being a much better wife!

So young man, (Cleary not you Mansonienne) that’s what we mean when we say that “it’s the thought that counts”.

I’m surprised that you’re not thinking of giving your loved one something practical. One year I gave my wife a female goat, which was, without any doubt at all, a superb gift. You need to think outside the box sometimes, to find the gift of a lifetime. Especially as you and your partner need, nor want for anything.

You’re a very considerate husband. I hope you’re wife really enjoys her new blender. A truly great gift.

He's quite mad, we're trying to export him, but he's covered by CITES regulations...
