That's one dull name for one dull colour!!
Mmmmmm... yummy drabness
Aw come on... That matches a deuce and half nicely. Just think, you can throw it on an Army cot and it would blend right in. 'What guitar Sarge!?'
EDIT: That gave me an idea of what to do with my old foot locker. Build an amp in it.
I've driven a lot of deuce and a half's in my day, and slept on a cot for months at a time; and none of them had gold anodized parts.
I don't hate it.
Q: Would I spend my own money on it though? A: Almost certainly no
If I closed my eyes and played it and like it, I would be neutral on it. Without playing it,... naaaah.
OK Then... Hello Kitty or Olive Drab?
color (colour in Canada) looks ok on this
Wow, an olive drab Hello Kitty guitar would be awesome.
What was once drab is now even drabber.
Lose the awful pick guard and I'd take it.. it's right up my alley.
I honestly can't think of a worse colour for a Strat than olive drab.
The clue is in the word "drab".
OD was the rarest of the custom colors back in the 60s, I think. Nowadays it's a factory color but back then they were by special order only.
I believe I've only ever seen one vintage Strat in original Olive Drab.
"So today sir we can offer you the following shades: Fiesta, Sonic, Surf, Olympic, Candy Apple, Torino or........ Drab. What'll it be?"
I love it..............
Ten minutes with sandpaper will have it ready for respraying in Desert Sand...
I'd much prefer a pink Hello Kitty Sherman.
well there was a time. .
I saw one of these in person and thought it was beautiful
