I literally just finished removing a wardrobe full of effects boxes, to fit shelves.... for effects boxes.

I stack them in a big plastic box. It helps to keep resale value if you keep em :)

Awesome list! How's the Custom Comp different from the Dynacomp? I have the Super Comp but IDK, its too noisy. Was thinking of trying the Barber Tonepress :s

I was actually in the market for the Dyna Comp Script (which I have been trying out in stores and waiting for a good price on it) and then this one turned up used for 40$. Bought it unseen.

The difference to me seems just that it sounds a bit more natural, quieter and has also true bypass.

Off the top of my head, and 99% off board...

Behringer compressor (which I really like)
    Boss noise reduction
    EH big muff tone wicker
    Boss CS2 compressor
    Digitech Bad Monkey
    Boss CS3 compressor
Ibanez... Weirdo delay can't remember the actual name. It is white and has a slider down the middle
Behringer Acoustic modeller (fun but doesn't sound like a real acoustic)
    Homemade trebble Booster
    Homemade Fuzz
Homemade germanium transistor based Fuzz/distortion (switchable between 2 or 3 transistors if I remember correctly) (Fuzz Purr)
    Homebuilt Deep Blue Delay Clone
homebuilt white snow auto wah clone
    Dunlop wah pedal
Some Eastern European brand Wah pedal
Homebuilt compressor (nice; 4 knob Keeley klone)
Several more behringer pedals I never use...

Others... Of which its function and name currently elude me.

Bottom line is (I now realise): I own a bunch of pedals I hardly ever use.

I mostly use my TC electronic G-sharp, Korg A2 and Yamaha SPX900 for delays and modulation while my (baby) amp H&K Tubemeister 18 (at 1 or 5 watts) provides a bit of dirt... (I do use my homebuilt fuzz, fuzz purr, booster and compressor though)

Edit: and I have a Zoom GT9.1ut multi effect processor, which I really liked until its digital knobs started to misbehave.
Also have a Roland (Boss?) volume pedal.
And my 1980's Boss BE-5 multi effect (hanging on for dear life)

Some of this stuff I've had forever, and only very rarely used.
The Volume, Cry-baby, Arion tuner and MXR Distortion + was pretty much it, then I went with 2 amps and added the BK Butler Tubedriver & EQ for the second amp.
But I've been bingeing lately, everything else except the phaser and PT3 I've picked up in the last 6 months.
Like all other things guitar they can be addictive.

    Ernie Ball Volume pedal
    Peterson Strobo Stomp tuner
    Cry-Baby 535 wah
    Marshall Jackhammer
    Mesa Flux-Five
    CatalinBread Dirty Little Secret
    Nu-X Drive Core/Boost
    T C Electronic Chokra (Tremelo)
    Digi-tech Hard Wire Digital Delay
    MXR Script logo Distortion +
    Arion Stage Tuner
old Phaser (Ibanez ? its green and old)
    Ibanez PT-3 Multi FX
    Boss DS 1 distortion
    Beringher Vintage Delay
    Beringher Tremelo
    Beringher Compresser/sustainer
    MXR ISO Block (power supply)
    Boss ME-80 Multi FX

B.K. Butler Tube Driver, rack mount
DBX 31 band EQ, rack mount

    That's a lot of pedals!

Since I have cabin fever I will respond in depth. I'll demo the whole rig eventually. Big picture:

The board. Usable, but not finished. Saving up for a delay controller, and a volume pedal. I love having control of volume:

    1 board.JPG

The chain starts here, with a Mooer Slow Engine. This creates swells by clipping the incoming signal, the brings it up. Once triggered, it no longer 'swells', but let you play normally, till you go quiet again. I have been using this as an almost always on when I'm playing leads. Not so much for rhythm playing. It's very controllable. I like it:

    2 slo.JPG

Another almost always-on (when I'm playing my Les Paul) pedal, the Cry Baby Mini-Wah:

    3 wa.JPG

This has been on and off my board 5 times, I finally kinda figured out how it will work for me. Only on when I need that extra 'push over the cliff':

    4 oct.JPG

Again, an almost-always-on pedal. I keep it kinda low, just enough to notice for that touch of analogue delay:

    5 mem.JPG

Ah yes, the trusty DD-7. Had it for decades. I use it mostly now for ambient noodling, or on a lower setting when just rocking out:

    6 dd7.JPG

The newest member, the Terraform. I like it very much. I've kinda found the sweet spots for me, but will dig into it deeper later:

Powering it all the Mission Engineering battery pack. Long lasting, reliable, well made. I give it a thumbs up:

    8 power.JPG

Not shown: my Boss tuner, and my Xvive system, which sort of counts.

Yes. And flanger, phaser, chorus, U-Vibe, harmonic tremolo, envelope filter. I like it very much. My only complaint is the tiny writing.
