    Got a Pet Peeve?
    I do, it's a vibrato not a tremolo on a Strat.

Also I peeve when people spell "lose" as "loose".

when people are rude to waiters/waitresses. I'm embarrassed to even be around people when they act like that.

Mine is more of a petty peeve. People on the road who don't signal. Drives me nuts.

I had a pet peeve a long time ago. A cute little critter. You know how they can be!

When people think they know what they're talking about but have only one ignorant perspective.

    Forum parroting.

Example: People that have never tried active single coils claiming that they are sterile or lack character.

Example 2: CV Squier Strat frets are soft and melt off of the fretboard during each use.

Example 3: There is no possible way that a VST can match what a tube amp delivers.

I realize that these are specific. But the number of threads that I've poked through where people exaggerate on these issues is nuts. The music industry is full of these strange baselines that steer people away from really solid products/experiences. It's almost like there is this strange rulebook that will guide you to the ultimate playing experience. When it generally just turns you into a gear hound.

Also.. people that ruin pizza with olives.

I could make a list of things that others do that peeve me but invariably I'd realize that I've committed many of the same peeves from time to time. Everyone is someone else's A-hole at some point or another.

But if I must list something (and one that I NEVER do) it's people that drag their fork across their teeth when they eat. For the love of the guy on the stick, please STOP that!

I try my best to write and speak with proper grammar but if preposition abuse were a crime, I'd be doing time.

BTW...do you have change of a dollar? ;)

How about when you are trying to play guitar and your cat decides (as mine did five minutes ago) that that guitar is in her spot?

That is definitely a pet peeve. (Or did you mean something else?) :)
