I should clarify - I am using it over a Wilkinson hot rail single coil size humbucker. The bridge pickup is too thick for a single coil size cover. I’m going to use it the plastic cover in an hss pickguard with the pickup mounted at an angle under the cover.

Not sure that you’ll find what you’re looking for as typical Humbucker covers, with or without holes, will be metal so that you can ground them to the pickup as that is needed. You want to put a single coil mounted at an angle under a typical Humbucker cover. Hmmm.... I can’t think of any off hand. If I do I’ll let you know for sure.
Good luck with the hunt, sounds like a fun project.

Why does it need to be plastic?

A metal cover over the pole pieces (rails) will affect sound.

@rmackowsky - I think you're looking for a unicorn. HBs almost always have pole piece holes. The only avenue I can think of would be a cheap Firebird pickup perhaps from an Epi. But I think even those would be metal. Perhaps there's a Chinese manufacturer on EBay that is selling plastic - but it would need to be Firebird style.

interesting ... I figured that, since plastic chrome single coil covers are easily found, humbucker size would be also. There are black and white ones out there, but no chrome. Strange.

Only reason I'm mounting the pickup at an angle is because that's how the guitar is routed.

The description on the Wilkinson says it fits a pickguard directly.

Nope. Trust me, it doesn't. I've tried modifying the cover, pickup, etc. The bridge pickup is just too thick. I was able to sand down the top edges of the bobbin on the neck and middle to fit. But bridge - no way.

ETA - it does fit through the PICKGUARD hole, but covers do not fit.
