Have you all seen these yet? I'm not sure whether or not the RM necks are the same ones they were using on the LTD American Profs from sweetwater a while back, but if they are, this looks like pretty awesome deal. I have one of the LTD RM Profs and they are resilient to weather changes and feel totally stellar. At 999, these MIMs address what I have always felt to be the weakest point of the player series (the neck and the pickups). This is certainly the way I'd go if I was in the market!

Seen em and played em. Feel great.

I have two or three guitars with roasted maple, and I absolutely love it.

That is damned beautiful! And I've had a roasted maple neck and the tuning stability is amazing! I love that Gay 50's too...why do these things always show up at the wrong time!? Lol
