I suppose it depends on the type of fuzz you have in mind. I used to play through a Mesa Boogie Express 5:25. It certainly gets into distortion area...perhaps even quasi-Rat (pedal) type distortion, which some people associate with fuzz type tones when the distortion knob is cranked...but I don't think it really covers fuzz territory IMO.
Muff style fuzz, Tone Bender style fuzz, Fuzz Face style fuzz, etc. are usually attainable through comparable pedals...and you can never have too many fuzz pedals ;)

Well. it's fuzz to me. And you're entitled to your opinion.

There, now...we're both happy, aren't we?

    No chorus pedal?

    Poll is obviously flawed.

Chorus is not listed because it's one of my "keepers." That, delay and overdrive.

Never had a compressor pedal, and I honestly don’t understand the need for one.

Flangers, phasers, envelope filters, clean boosts, ring modulators, chorus (unless you can blend out the dry signal to isolate the vibrato, ala Julia, the Gulf), harmonizers...more, probably.

I love stompboxes in general. Because stompboxes to me are like a synthesizer.

    Having said that,
3 that i would never buy 'again'.

    1. Ocatavider. I have an awesome Mu-tron, but I rarely have any use for it.
    2. Univibe. Sorry hendrix fans. It's just not my thing. Use Sparingly, avoid if possible.
    3. Looper. Yeah despite again having an RC-30, I really just do not get on well with or like guitar loopers. On a keyboard or computer I'm fine with them, but as a stompbox, I just find them too restrictive or confining in their use.

Of those three, the least-used is the univibe, despite me having an old shin-ei and a mobius as well as the univibe in the keeley monterey (which I think is actually the nicest one?)

I guess you could say that it's the vibe of the thing....
