The tremolo arm / whammy bar is way too hard to pop in and pull out. I feel like I’m almost going to break something trying to pull it out. Is there a fix for it?

Its a vacuum down there. Pull hard and hold, might come out. Find the thinnest drill and drill a small hole in the tremblock trough the nylon insert.. Drastic i know. But it works. Allows air to circulate freely

The block has a spring clip that passes through part of the trem hole, sometimes that spring clip can be pushed too far in and make the arm really stiff to remove.

It might be a good idea to remove the spring clip to remove the arm - you'll need to lift the whole bridge unit out of the cavity to access the screw that holds the spring clip
