As much spinach as you can heap onto your egg pan...
    Wilt a little
    Crack two eggs
Cover and steam to your doneness level...
As much Sriracha as you want...

Looks good to me. I have done that with kale (the new spinach) and red peppers.

And I put Sriracha on everything. Had it on a BLT last night. ;)

Great stuff, in Europe you can now get Cavolo Nero which is very similar to spinach but higher in Iron, nutrients etc might try your idea as it looks as if it would fit for a great breakfast:thumb:

I never understood why Popeye didn't just eat some spinach when he saw Bluto approaching him. He waited until he had the ship beat out of him. Didn't seem smart.

The spinach symbolized mans ability to somehow find extra strength when it seemed that all was lost. You know..... Gettin pissed.

I can’t remember what that is! It’s been so long, I think I might just stay with the spinach and eggs without the tomato ketchup! I’m going to put some nice hollandaise sauce on mine and read a book

Give me good ole salsa for a topping. For flavoring I'm sticking with Frank's for the cayennes.
