Pure Vintage 59’s

Hey all, just ordered up a set of Strat Pure Vintage 59 pickups off Amazon that are apparently “used”. Half price so I figured why not.
Any preconceived notions on these that I should be aware of?
I’ve not tried these out yet and have the ability to return them, flip them or keep them.

I love them. A touch brighter than the first series 57/62s ('82-'98), but otherwise, pretty close IMO.
If you don't like them, let me know. I may have use for a spare set.

If they're anything like the set that came in my AV59 then they'll be as good as any strat pickup.

The PV65s are better but you have not made a mistake.

I like mine, but i'm still adjusting the bridge pickup height to tackle it's brightness. Otherwise great pickups

Unfortunately I’m in Canuckistan(Canada) so shipping would probably make that cost prohibitive. I’m banking on liking them. Thanks for the info!
