Haha, in Birmingham UK I don't think you'd get a second look. We're a strange breed 'round these parts.
    Mr Osbourne agrees :thumb:

Just feel glad you're not a surfer. There is nothing funnier than on a cold morning seeing my father and his 75ish high school surf buddies when they're visiting all whining that it's too cold and to turn on the heater. Guess what they're wearing? Same thing they've been wearing since the 1960s: flip flops, shorts/cargo shorts, board shaper t shirts. We're simply either too set in our uniform or more likely just too stupid a breed to realize there is actually something to wear that both keeps your legs warm and is comfortable.

I've worn almost nothing but gym shorts during the pandemic and it's been glorious. (often with a polo shirt for work calls).

I feel like I'm in my Sunday best when I put a pair of jeans on.

Two years ago I decided to only wear Adidas track suits. I haven’t put on a pair of jeans since and couldn’t be happier about it. I have 6 or 7 different ones I rotate. It’s one of my best decisions. C6854FAA-8033-4B7A-97E3-D73A9DB80237.jpeg

All sustain! All the dirt from the shop just brushes off on to the floor too and doesn’t stick to the pants.

I just bought new jeans, waist 2" larger than last batch. "The more I eat the less I see my feet."

Sizing up is dangerous too. I remember when my weight gain was accelerating, I put on a pair of 38s and they were tight, so I changed into 40s and left the 38s on the floor of my closet. I told myself "I'll just wear these for a while". Those 38s stayed on the closet floor for a YEAR. I ended up getting to 44 and they were tight, but instead of sizing up again, I started losing weight. Back in 36s now.

Anyway, moral of the story, if you size up, you'll fill them out. Lol
