I like John Mayer, Frusciante, Hendrix playing styles, sweet cleans with twang. I rarely play anything super heavy in style. RHCP is probably the heaviest it gets. Preferably maple fretboard.
Would like to get a keeper strat that I preferably would not need to change pickups ever, great to play and would never want to sell!

Jimmie Vaughan signature. You'll never need another Strat. Which is not the same as "want"!

Great suggestion! I'd get that or a MIA Standard from 2008-2011...those pickups are amazing, and will fit your requirements.

I would look at a Friedman Vintage S.

Only you can find a keeper.

Just try every maple SSS Strat you can until you find one that you bond with. You will likely know pretty quickly, although some guitars may take more time.

One man's keeper is another man's plank. Only you will know when you find your keeper.

What neck profile do you like? If it's not important you have endless possibilities. If you want, say, a Soft V, that really narrows your choices. Pickups can be changed easily, but the feel of the guitar is something you'll have to make your own decision on.

A classic vibe or a player could be a keeper.
