    I've actually never played a domestic model, I couldn't afford one. The cheaper imports have been pretty good though, both Fender and Gibson alike. I agree with you, there's nothing wrong with imported guitars.

    You have domestic models over there? The only production model we have is Strandberg. That and a bunch of smaller brands.

    When an American says "domestic" I assume he means made in America, which of course is an import to us, but a bloody expensive one...

    Yeah, I've always had my doubts about the original Hagstroms. They used to make accordions for chrissakes.

    I used to have a new MIC Hagstrom, that one was great.
