    When you meet with the HOA - ask them why they have not installed video camera for security. Get a petition going. Isn't it fun to be a PIA sometimes?

    That sucks. Nothing is 100% guaranteed to work, but we're always watching what's going on around the house (yes, we got a dusting today)...

    A while back I got the opposite. I ordered one of those Seymour Duncan mini PAFs. A week after it was "delivered", I asked them to ship a new one, because I never got it. A few days later, I get my pickup, kay, great. The very next day I get ANOTHER pickup ? I don't want anything I didn't pay for, so I had to go thru the hassle of sending it back. (remember hassles?)

    Left me wondering just what the hell happened?

    Don't have it delivered to your door, have it dropped at the facility or with a neighbor who is always home

    Package theft and petty crimes are going to grow rapidly the closer Christmas comes, and after that I'm sure it will get much worse.

    FEDEX? Same thing happened to me and sweetwater sent out a new one and then I got the first one a day later... even though the tag had said it had been delivered.

    I think they can't keep up with their loads so they mark it delivered and return it to the depot.

    I had a sig req guitar delivered this past week. Met the guys on the front porch and the guy just kept his distance, help up the pad and wrote "COV 19" on it and left.

    Everyone around here has guns, and most fire them pretty regularly on their property. Makes for a very civil atmosphere. We have very few issues with porch pirates.

    I've had good experiences with UPS. Fed Ex somewhere down the line second but USPS is aweful, just terrible. Avoid them whenever possible.

    Can you have it held for pickup at a nearby location? Not as handy as right to your door but better than getting a vist from the local porch pirate

    In the last week I have had 2 packages show up that weren't ours.

    First one the address wasn't even close. Gave it to the mail carrier the next day.

    Second one from FedEx. Someone's new shoes judging by the box. Right numbers, wrong street! I dropped at their door.

    I didn't like dropping it off at the second persons house though.
