Received my second phizer injection today. Anyone had two of theirs , any side effects?
I had the Moderna. No side effects other than feeling like crap for about 16 hours the next day. Overall it just felt like a bad flu. I couldn't tell you about the Pfizer but I have heard the same thing about it though.
Number 2 Moderna on Monday...^^^same^^^on Tuesday.
2nd Pfizer today at 8:15. Nothing so far. Not even a sore arm. The lady did such a great job I didn't feel the stick at all. But I also have a pinched nerve in my shoulder that makes my deltoid numb so that may have contributed to it. Let's see what tomorrow brings.
I got both vaccinations back in February - Pfizer. I had a sore shoulder for a couple of days after each (comparable to a tetanus shot), but no other side effects.
Getting my first Pfizer at the United Center on Monday.
2nd Moderna coming up 4/8, hope it doesn't knock me in the dirt like the 1st one did.
Got the No. 1 Pfizer on Sunday, and in three weeks I get No. 2.
Next day and I'm all good so far. My arm got a little sore last night but that's it.
2nd Pfizer due April 12...10 days. No issues from the first one.
I get my second tomorrow. Not concerned. First one made my arm a little tender for 3 or 4 hours. That was it.
Got my second Pfiser yesterday. No side effects other than a little soreness in the shoulder that got it. Vaccines are now open to everyone over 16 in Idaho., as a result, there were a lot of people there.
I had the 2nd Phiser three weeks ago. Very minor sore shoulder with the first shot. I didn't notice any soreness or side effects at all after the second.
Same. They opened it to anyone 16 or older here also. Before it was only 16+ with underlying conditions. I guess 3 weeks ago? Now it's anybody 16+
My shoulder was sore the next day, on Friday, but that was it. No other side effects.
And I doubt anybody is gonna have long teen effects from these vaccines, either. All these people claiming there might be don't make sense to me. I've NEVER seen any medicine have long term effects on someone after having a single or two doses. You hear about long term effects from meds that people take daily for months and years. Like Zantac. Not vaccines people take once. Or even once/year.
I had both mine (Pfizer) fist in January, second in February. Zero side effects with either. Not even sore at the injection site unless I rubbed it very hard. My wife gots both hers(also Pfizer) in December and early January. She had no ill effects from hers and not even a sore arm at the injection site.
She is just 60, but is a nurse at a hospital and volunteered to work the COVID unit back when this started last spring and is still doing so.
She always says that anyone considering not getting the vaccine should work with her for a few days and see first hand how bad this virus can be and what a horrible way to to die it is. They have lost people as young as 22.
I know that some people have had it and then been fairly fine afterwards but it can also be deadly. I think of that like someone shooting at you and you say, well they aren’t a good shot maybe they will miss me or maybe just wing me.
I got my 2nd Pfizer shot 10 days ago. I had no side effects at all—other than I was super tired the next day, but that may not have been connected.
My GF got her second shot at the same time, and she had some pain at the injection site, and also some fatigue.
I’ve never been happier to get a shot in my life.
One of my dearest friends is coming by to hang with us today, and she and I may be able to hug for the first time in over a year.
Moderna Monday #2 was yesterday. What a relief, yeah!
