Doc and Marty never had to push the Delorean with the train in 1885 as there were two Deloreans in 1885. the one Marty went back in with the white wall tires and the one Doc hid in the Mine shaft for Marty to find in 1955. They should have just pulled the fuel line off the one with the busted time circuit and siphoned the gas.

Kentucky Whiskey distillers used to float their whiskey down the Mississippi River to New Orleans to sell...then buy a fast and sturdy horse to race back to Kentucky to get back to work. That is how Kentucky became known for excellent horses/ racing....whiskey.

Eclipse fact: The moon's shadow is pretty fast. It will travel at 2410mph in western Oregon and 1502mph near Charelston, SC. My own random thoughts: Is that the speed of dark? And that's more than the speed of sound, but there probably won't be any sonic booms..

Fun fact: this thread is turning out to be just as neurotic and weird as I'd hoped when I started it. Keep up the good work. :thumb:

If you run into a bear, wolf, cougar or whatever -

If you have a gun and do not want to shoot the animal unless you have to, do not fire a scare or warning shot in the air, fire it into the ground between you and it instead, those types of big critters will freak out from the earth shaking since they pick up a lot through their paws.

The thermonuclear level shock wave through the ground is their Krytonite

Additionally, you don't want that bullet going off on a ballistic trajectory and possibly hurt/kill someone when it comes back down.
