The R7, Coppertop Studio, and the ‘79 “The Paul”.

The Custom Bucker pickups on the R7 and the T-Top pickups on the “Paul” sound really good.

They don't have the cap so they are not as heavy as you might guess.

“The Paul’s” Walnut body is a little thinner and is contoured, but it still weighs about 9 lbs.

To me, a Les Paul needs to be in the 9-10 lb range.

My ‘57 Custom RI weighs over 11 lbs.

The Salvador Dali-inspired Jim Steranko 'Nick Fury, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.' comic from Dec. 7, 1968.
Fury spends most of the issue under the influence of some weird psychedelic drug, and the illustrations
reflect his hallucinogenic state... it's a strange and very cool example of just how different Marvel was
from DC back before Frank Miller's 'Black Knight' came along and changed things.
But i digress... 'nuff said.

That’s actually number 7. Marvel put the issue number over the month. Excelsior!

I was playing this one. 2020 Standard ’50s. It’s the Sweetwater exclusive with flame top and ‘57 Classic pickups. It doesn’t have as much street cred as yours. I used it to contribute to another thread on here, where you play a riff, and people guess what song it’s from.
