My Yamaha BB1600. Just had the nut replaced. Bass was my 1st love, and I enjoy playing it on my home recordings.

This finally showed up. MF dropped the ball - I probably won't do any business with them going forward. But this bass is pretty nice. I was thinking that I'd return it, but now I'm thinking I'll keep it. I am digging the color. I'd love to get a Strat in this color to match.

Well there's the one I bought used in 1972. It's a '69. I bought a MIM Jazz Bass to gig with sometime in the 90's. I didn't gig it much. It still has the plastic on the pick guard. They were pretty low cost then.

I made 2 reversible mods to the bass - I made a "no-mod" plexiglass thumb rest, and swapped out the chrome strap buttons for black Schaller style buttons to fit my straps. Ready for gigging now! Just need to get the band back together.
