As much as I would like to, that ain't my nickname. However I did fire up the crock pot yesterday and made shredded beef. It turned out awesome after 8 hours slow cooking. Tossed in some fresh paprika and tomatoes.

Made enough to last a couple of days. Remains to be creative with how to eat it. Made tortillas with it today.

It sure is, next time I'm going to make it a bit more spicy, maybe toss in some fresh chili.

Looks great! Last you a couple of days? You at survival camp?

We grow chili in the garden. Tasted the first green ones today in a salad with chili- and lime marinated raw salmon, avocados, mango and Chinese parsley. Chili, lime and Chinese parsley is a match made in heaven...

Sort of, home alone for a couple of days and I thought I'd make this.

That sounds delicious, never tried that before.

Paprika must be the weekly special, just did something similar with a pack of sausages taken out of there skins but I fried mine with onions, mushrooms, peppers and chopped toms and just to make it healthy I did drain all the fat off, now wheres my triathalon entry form.
