Wow, you guys have some great amps. I have a few, 97 Fender Blues Jr is what I use most of the time, also have Ampeg Jet from the 60s, a Fender Frontman, a small Dean acoustic amp and a Ampeg BR100 Bass amp. I would like to get a Fender Vibro King, Rivera or boutique amp with a vintage switch to cut the power in half.

PODX3 Live- PA, My patches are MAtchless DC30, Chieftain, Budda Twinmaster 12, Orange AD30. I use both Strats and teles and have my A patches for Strats, B patches tweeked fer Teles. People cannot believe I am only using a Pod.

I have come to find the crowd doesn't care if you are playing a 25yo Crate, with a Lyon Strat copy, as long as they recognize the song and can drink. It's us.

No problems gigging with this setup so far, works well, and I leave my Pro Reverb home

I LOVE some of the rigs I am seeing here!

Blues Junior special edition in brown tolex with Jensen.
    Blues Deluxe reissue in tweed
    65 Deluxe reverb reissue
    Custom vibrolux reverb.
I use the 65 as my main amp I just love the sweet tone from this amp.

Fender Blues Junior for me as well. Seems to be a classic :)
Also have a solid state Marshall 65W, I never use it now but I learnt to play in it when kid. I've never wanted to sell it...

    Hi, from a new member.

Another Blues Jr. here, great little amp. I used to have a Hot Rod Deluxe but It just didn't do it for me. The Blues Jr. is just right, especially with a Bad Monkey OD. Here it is with my Yamaha semi-hollow body. I will be getting a 50's classic Vibe Strat tomorrow.

I run through a Vox AD30VT... which I use for absolutely everything. Can do anything from chiming cleans to 80's pinch harmonic shredding... And definitely does it well.

I've the choice of a Roland VGA-7, a Peavey Classic 30 or an Epiphone Valve jnr.

    I have a:
Peavey Classic 30 that I play through a 1x12 with a Weber ceramic Blue Dog and a 2x12 with Greenbacks.

1976 Fender SF Champ with stealth Tweed mod with a 8" Jensen P8R alnico which can also connect to a 2x12 with a Jensen P12P alnico and Jensen MOD.

196? Alamo Embassy 5 watt tube amp with a Weber 10" Weber Signature alnico.

Pignose G40V 40 watt tube combo which is based on the Bassman circuit. I can also connect it to the 2x12 cab with Jensens.

I'm pretty happy with all my amps.

Lotsa cool amps here! My current setup is a Blues Jr. with a C. Rex ABY'd with a BH5H run through a Classic 30 cab with a Screamin Eagle. Occasionally I'll break out the Blues Custom 30 just to hear that gorgeous tone of twin 12" speakers.

I'm playing through a Peavey ValveKing 112. Nice cleans and decent blusey dirt with humbuckers (not so nice dirt with single coils yet, still messin' with it).

Hi, Pete. I'm using an MXR Distortion III (and occasionally a TS7 set on the TS9 mode) to dirty up the tones on my strats and teles. Both work pretty well with SC's without getting dark and muddy -- they let the shimmer of an SC shine through. YMMV, but I'm happy with the way they work with a Blues Jr. and/or the BH5H. Or maybe a different speaker? Do the Valve Kings have Blue Marvels? Just some thoughts.

A 66 Deluxe. I am back to this amp after using a Maz 18 and a Goodsell. And--it's my very first amp. I bought it used in the 70's for 100.00.
