    My Fender Strat.
    Ok, the neck has been switched to a Warmoth.
    And in a not so bright moment that neck was sold with another guitar. :oops:

    Anyway, I like the Warmoth better.

    I noodled around on one in our local music shop to feel the neck. Fat and unfinished. If that's the kind of neck you like you should go play one.

    The burst looks great, but those racing stripes...UGH!

    My latest project:

    It started as a collection of parts I had laying around the shop a couple of years ago. The finish is Burgundy Mist Metallic, with no tinting. It looks brighter than it actually is due to the lighting. Before I "Strat-ified" it, the guitar looked like this:

    I've got three different pickguard set ups for it...the traditional Strat layout it's sporting now, the single bucker with Esquire wiring in the earlier pix, and a tort guard with two chrome covered buckers.
