I spoke Joyce and Paul today:

The bad news: Paul can’t make it to Paris. :(

The good news: Joyce can make it to Antwerp! :D

4 weeks to go - how's everyone doing? I'll put my name in for the guitar parts unless anyone else volunteers...

Well, the Ian Gillan parts aren’t easy, and the timing on ‘Love Like Blood’ is tricky. I haven’t tried ABBA yet.

Getting the harmonies right on Bartender may be tricky on a first go.

But there is a big book of lyrics that contains everything except ‘Man who sold the world’. When did that appear?

Edit: Oh, it’s just David Coverdale. Should be fine then... o_O

I'd hold off, Graham. Some people need more time to think/choose and spend less time practicing. If you put your name they may feel they can't play on it...and holes in the list may push some to step up...

Hey guys. I'm new to this forum. I'm from Chicago but will be living in Paris at the end of the year. A guy I sold an amplifier told me about this forum. I'm looking to get together. Hey!

Hi! If you’re already in Paris on November 16th you’re welcome to join! If you’re still in Paris in June you’re also welcome to join in Antwerp!

Okay seems I have found a place to live (on my own :whistling:;)), contract to be signed somewhere next week, receiving key on 15 november.

All good and in time, a place with a good vibe I think. Only thing is that it need some work, it's not 'ready to move in' as of yet.

I'll see if I can work out some schedule where it is possible to both come to Paris and get the place ready in time.

Just one more week, boys and girls!:):)
I booked a Lebanese restaurant for dinner - if you haven't done so already, let me know if you'll be joining us. 8pm
    http://www.baladna.fr

Reminder of studio address: HF Studios, 5, rue Dareau Paris 14
    Gate code: 364
    http://www.hfmusicstudio.com

There is an underground parking lot but you need to get a remote/zapper from the front desk at the studio (down a few flights of stairs - follow the signs.)
We're in Camden Palace studio, from 10am-7:00pm (ish) - we have the studio til 8 but we usually pack up a bit earlier.

Be there or be square! ;)

Guys and gals, I was still on schedule to make it till I got asked yesterday, "if we could bring the final acceptance of our house forward by one week"!

Due to the holiday period, the buyers notary (and their moving company o_O) asked to advance the date.
Now if the buyers would have worked together with just our (one) notary, like we suggested, this probably would not have been necessary!

I can still make it and drive over for the day, I do have one week leave. Nevertheless, I'm really going to have to push things (getting Nanda and my apartment painted etc, getting the house empty and cleaned up, 3 moves....yep.....I'm also helping my ex, been laying tiles and cutting trees the past three-day long weekend, move into her new place :whistling:) and I think I could be taking to much on my plate?

What do you say my friends, can you miss me until Antwerp? ;):D

Nanda stood still while you painted her? You have to tell me the secret to that. Good luck with the moving and getting to the jam. I wish I could.

You you know we want you to come, but you have to do what is best for you.
I also was afraid you had painted Nanda. She was fine as she was...;)

Damn John! Get your priorities sorted. What’s more important, a place to live or a jam?

Well OK I guess we’ll miss you...

Looks like me, Marc and Andrea will be doing it all this time round...
