Sweet Home Chicago was fun, too - the interplay of guitars was nice .. but there were a lot of great moments.

Absolutely - I didn’t realise you didn’t give it a go during the day. I’m pricing up all my other guitars to sell as we speak...

It was great! But @felis and @simoncroft weren’t there, and they usually do the recording. So according to the rules of Strat-Talk, nothing much happened... ;)

I'm sorry to hear that, especially as you can pick up an HD camcorder for €20 on ebay these days. Still, the main thing is you had a good day. :thumb::thumb::thumb:

I must say @Siegfried91 deserves an honourable mention for providing a lot of video footage at past Euroguestocks.

Yes, Siegfried usually films, but he and Mathieu only stopped by towards the end.
To be honest, I think we were all happy enough knowing our performances wouldn't be immortalized this time. Took some of the pressure off. Antwerp, given that we'll be putting on a concert, will be a different situation.

nothing wrong with letting the ephemeral stay ephemeral.

It was indeed a lovely day. All new faces to me and all very friendly and welcoming. Sorry I couldn"t join for dinner after. Thank you @Mansonienne for pointing me to this thread.

First time playing with a live band has been a hard-hit. No start over or pausing like at home. But it got me super motivated. Next time I'll prepare myself much better! :thumbd:

And I'll bring my action cam to get unconventional angles like a headstock view.

It's a learning curve for all of us, and it gets easier to just go for it and stumble through as best you can! At least, that's been my experience.
