Stratocaster Deluxe HSS made November 11th 2004

Ok I have all the information from Fender Corporation and everything matches ,To include the information under the neck. Here is the Mystery, The Guitar does not have a Back Plate NOR DOES IT EVEN HAVE THE SCREW HOLES TO ACCEPT A BACK PLATE ! And again Everything comes up correct ,everything !

I would greatly Appreciate anyones help regarding this matter.

Back plate, not neck plate - i.e. the trem cover plate.

@puddin - post a photo or two; it could have just been an oversight at the factory or something else could be going on.

The Back Plate where you would remove it to install new strings , I dont think Fender would let one slip out the door without installing a Back Plate
