Cool concert... My fave at 17:08, Crack The Window Baby... Nice version of Rainy Night In Georgia at 26.54... Fantastic Strat tones, and two thumbs up for the drummer... Fun to play along to... Enjoy.

Tony Joe is one of the most under rated performers out there. I've been lucky enough to see him several times. Thanks for posting!!:D:thumb::thumb::thumb:

I've never seen his guy before. Nice. Really liked, Anna Lee.

Yeah, I've always liked discreet cymbal work. Tony is a prime example of a player who doesn't need to be fancy while remaining tasty. One of my favorite tones, clean, rootsy.

He's put out a lot of good music, but I seem to gravitate to these two albums:

AND he put out a new one (kinda new, 5/2016, I'm behind...) that sounds really good.

He's gotta be getting up in the years. Did it seem like his health is holding up?

So I have been wanting to do a solo gig but struggle to fill the canvas with enough sound sometimes. This introduction to TJW has been enlightening in this respect. Really love his style... it's given me a new direction for my goals. Thanks for sharing.

Tony's pretty much his own genre. .. Glad you like him, and you'd be in good company. Mark Knopfler copped a lot of his style from TJW.
