Cabronita with TVJ Classics and a switchable tone stack on an S-1: The guitar has a bit of attitude so it also has this fun little highlight: And here's yours truly working my Black Paisley at a jam:
In the camera roll at the bottom of the photo you posted there's a goldie puppy. I was wondering if we could "DAW!" on that a little, too.
Hes a pretty awesome dog - extremely loyal and still very much a puppy. we have an adult black lab mix as well
I currently have 4 Teles, but this one is probably my favorite. It is a '72 Re-Issue Deluxe that I bought in pieces from the Stratosphere. I bought the fully loaded body, and replaced the original black pickguard with a tortoise design, AND bought and installed a neck (again from Stratosphere) from a '72 Re-Issue Custom because it has the Pau Ferro Fretboard and the standard shape Telecaster headstock (The Deluxe model came stock with a maple neck and oversize, strat-shaped headstock). The guitar is finished in the Dark Walnut color (quite rare), has the 3 bolt neck joint, the "micro-tilt" neck adjust system, and Dual Fender widerange humbuckers. Not stock, but nearly perfect to me...I call it my '72 Re-issue Custom Deluxe!! Oh, and these pictures were taken before string installation.
My 16 AmStd. Last of that model in the area before the 17s came out. So between the break I got for clearing it out and the price increase for the new model year I saved a little over 500. I like the TT/ Nocaster pickups
