Kiteboarding or windsurfing on a windy day fully lit up, going for a blast on the motorcycle - those things make me feel alive like no other, the motion, the speed, the sensation - ironically things that have the potential to make you not alive.
But any day outside in the elements is a good day that makes me feel happy and part of it all, the birds, the wind in the trees, the smells and sounds, it's primal.
Of course, a good jam session when everyone's connected in the groove gets the endorphins singin' too.
Oh boy, miss that English countryside. And those village names - Farleigh Wallop, Titsey,
Horton-cum-Studley (I'm not making those up), Lower Shagwell and Snoggington, (ok, maybe those two I did.)
i feel primal when in nature.
Went to clients house yesterday. Two Great Danes greeted me. After a few minutes, Freeda and I participated in a mind meld, two souls as one briefly. It made my day. Got home later to have a squirrel greet me with a mini mind meld.
