Some days. Probably not today. Every day when I was at sea. No set schedule for when "things" happen there.
Most deferently. My medication schedule requires that I perform a detailed examination of the back of my eyelids every day after lunch.
Naps make my world go round, especially since I only sleep 1 1/2 hours straight at night and it takes me forever to get back to sleep. Gotta play catch-up whenever I can!
Oh yeah. My "grandpa naps" are pretty much a daily occurrence. Along with more reading and working on my gear it's been one of the more pleasant by products of exercising COVID caution.
I go in the office at 5 a.m. Almost every day at noon, I eat a quick sandwich and go to the car for a 30-minute nap. Then back to the office until 5 or so. It just works for me.
45 min- 1 hour at noon in my car too when I work. Dark curtains, mattress, blanket... sleep like a baby, I love it.
