Yes. I've started to during this covid thing. Not a nap really, just a 'lay down'. Kinda like meditating for a bit. It's refreshing.
There was this old eccentric lady who went down to her refrigerator to get a glass of milk. When she opened the door there was a cute little cotton-tailed bunny rabbit napping right inside the refrigerator. She woke up the bunny rabbit and asked him what are you doing in my refrigerator? The cotton-tailed bunny rabbit asked the old lady if this is the Westinghouse? The old lady replied INDEED! Then the cotton-tailed bunny rabbit said..."Well I'm westing!".
After dinner I'm usually toast for awhile. Pizza and beer? It's like getting blasted by a phaser on stun.
Frequent naps, especially after a meal, are a prerequisite for being old like me, it's in the manual...
Not usually, but I stayed up late on Sunday to watch the Browns. As a result, I had to nap on Monday so I could stay up late to watch the Buckeyes. My teams were big underdogs in both, so I was pleased to steal one of them.
I want to enjoy naps. I wake up like a bear from them for no reason. I'm in such a bad mood that it ruins the rest of my day. I tell my wife if she catches me dozing to wake me. All my life I never been able to.
I only sleep 3-4 hrs a day. If I get any more than that I feel horrible all day. Eventually it all catches up to me & I crash for a day. It's why I made my name Zzzz.
