Body to be finished in January.
I can't wait to get my hands on this thing! The neck is roasted 4A Maple and the fingerboard is 100 year old Brazilian Rosewood reclaimed from the Coney Island boardwalk. The neck is modeled after the Music Man Luke 3 so it is a soft V. Neck width at the nut is 1-5/8", 22 frets, 25.5" length and a 12" radius. Aged oil finish.
All the hardware is ready to go, I just need to buy the pups. [IMG]

Musikraft. https://musikraft.com/ This particular neck was very pricey because I chose roasted flame maple. But there are a ton of choices and options! I was always very leery about doing something like this, but I ran across someone who made very pricey relics and through pictures I was able to finally figure out where he got his necks so I bit the bullet and bought one. This relic build is not even finished and now I can't wait to do another one! It turns out that by doing this I can get exactly the guitar I want without either spending a fortune and having to get only what's available and not necessarily what I want! Oh and it is possible that I am speaking too fast. I don't even have the finished product in my hand. Perhaps I should wait to pass judgement until I get it in my hot little hands :thumbd::D

I absolutely love the way the fretboard looks!

Just looked at the musikraft configurator, and they are listing the reclaimed Coney Island wood as Brazilian Walnut, not Rosewood. Is that a typo?

So it's Brazilian walnut not rosewood, I thought it was weird that they would use Brazilian rosewood for the boardwalk at Coney Island :D beautiful neck nevertheless
