Sadly, I believe S-T member David Wogan is no longer of this world, but I made this video to accompany his more contemporary take on Irish traditional music a year or so ago.

Nice work Simon and nice work on Wogan's part. Sorry to find out he is gone. I had discussed with him some things but never got around to doing any of them. Such is life.

Sad to hear about Mr Wogan.

Simon, of the videos of yours that I've seen, It strikes me there's as much or more creativity putting together the videos as there is in the creation of the music. You done good.
Thank you. I try to get the edit points and the movement of the characters in sync with the music. It takes a bit of time, but it's quite satisfying.

Very nice tribute here Simon. I miss David as well, he was very passionate about creating all things art and music. I've been checking back here for a couple years just hoping to see that David's profile would say he logged in... Definitely taught me a lot about music production. And for that I will always be grateful.

David also really loved photography, and you can check out some of his work right here,

and a lot more here,

Have a nice day all!

The last I heard from him was that he was having circulatory issues with his legs and had to have surgery. The last couple of years we have lost too many good people.

I did run across another ST member on another forum. He just hasn’t been here in a few years. The last I heard from him he said something about an accident involving a chain saw. @jaybones

I hadn’t heard about Mr Wogan/ Dave. Terrible news, we’ve truly lost too many good folks lately. I dearly miss Ryan, I think of him often: That’s all we can do, after all, to keep them from perishing completely.
